calm, and momentum to how work gets done.

CONSULTING

If the following feels familiar, you are not alone.

  • A lot of the business still lives in your head
  • Processes exist, but they’re not written down or used consistently
  • Tools have been introduced, but adoption is patchy
  • You're busy all the time, yet progress feels slower than it should
  • Small issues keep turning into bigger distractions

This is common in growing businesses. It's also fixable.

What We Do

We act as an operations partner for founder-led businesses.

That means helping you step back from day-to-day firefighting and putting a simple, workable structure in place. We look at how work actually flows through your business, identify what’s slowing things down, and introduce clear processes and smart automation that your team can realistically adopt.

No jargon. No off-the-shelf frameworks. Just practical improvements that make work easier.

Operations & Process

Bringing clarity and structure to how your business runs.

As businesses grow, ways of working often evolve informally. What once felt flexible can start to feel slower, more fragmented, or overly dependent on the founder holding everything together.

We help you step back and bring clarity to how work really flows. That means understanding your day-to-day processes, simplifying where it makes a genuine difference, and defining clear ownership so nothing falls through the cracks.

Where it’s useful, we also help you make sense of automation and AI in a practical, grounded way. Not heavy systems for the sake of it, but thoughtful tools that reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and support your team without adding complexity.

The result is a calmer, more reliable operation that works for you today and leaves room to grow.

Marketing Support

Putting calm, workable structure around your marketing.

Marketing often becomes reactive: done in bursts, squeezed in around everything else, or driven by pressure rather than clarity.

We help you put a simple structure in place so marketing becomes more consistent and manageable. Starting with your goals and capacity, we support planning and delivery across the channels that make sense for your business, without adding noise or unnecessary complexity.

Our focus is on steady progress rather than quick wins. With clearer messaging, realistic plans, and transparent reporting, marketing starts to support the business instead of competing with it.

Project Management

Helping important work move forward without the constant chase.

Projects can feel stressful when priorities aren’t clear and progress is hard to track.

We support founder-led teams to plan and deliver projects with more control and less friction. That might mean clarifying timelines and responsibilities, introducing simple tools, or staying close during delivery to keep things moving and remove blockers early.

The outcome is more predictable delivery, clearer communication, and fewer last-minute scrambles pulling you away from running the business.

FAQ's

Question

Answer

What does Camisky Consulting do for small businesses?
We help startups and SMEs in many aspects of running and growing a business. This includes high-level business consulting (developing strategy and business plans, advising on decisions), hands-on project management (planning and executing key projects), operations improvement (streamlining processes and systems), and marketing support (raising your profile and acquiring customers). In short, we offer big-company expertise tailored to the scale and budget of a small business, acting as an all-around partner to help with whatever challenges are blocking your growth.
Do you just give advice, or do you help implement solutions too?
We’re very much hands-on. While we do provide expert advice and plans, we don’t stop there - we roll up our sleeves and help implement the solutions we recommend. For example, if we identify an inefficient process, we’ll not only suggest improvements but also assist in putting the new process and tools in place. Think of us as an extension of your team. We’ll work alongside you through execution and ensure things are working properly. You won’t be left with just a report and no help; we stay involved through to the finish line, making sure the changes actually deliver results for your business.
How long does a project or engagement take?
It depends on your needs. Some clients come to us for a quick consultation or a 2-3 week project to solve a specific problem or review a plan. Others engage us over several months to manage a larger project or drive a broader business improvement initiative. During our initial discussion, we’ll establish a timeline that suits your schedule and goals. Importantly, we aim to deliver value quickly - even in the first few weeks you should see some progress. We know small businesses move fast, so we stay flexible and won’t drag things out longer than necessary. You remain in control of how long you want our help, and we’ll adjust to meet any deadlines you have in mind.
How do you price your services?
We offer flexible pricing models designed for small-business budgets. After an initial free consultation to understand your needs, we can propose either a fixed project fee or a monthly retainer, depending on what makes the most sense. There are no surprise costs - we define the scope and price in advance. For one-off projects, you’ll know the total investment up front. For ongoing support, we can work on a month-to-month agreement so you’re not locked into a long contract. Our goal is to be affordable and transparent. We know every pound counts for a startup, so we’ll work with you to find an arrangement that provides maximum value for a price you’re comfortable with. (And yes, that first chat to scope things out is free.)
How is sign-off and approval handled during a project?
You stay in control at every stage. Communication is a big part of our process. We typically break projects into clear milestones or phases. At each milestone - whether it’s a project plan, a process change, or a piece of marketing content - we will review it with you and get your approval before moving forward. Nothing is implemented or finalized without your say-so. We also welcome your feedback throughout; after all, it’s your business. By having these check-in points, you’ll always know what’s happening next, and there are no surprises. This collaborative approach ensures the final outcomes align with your vision and requirements, with no unwanted “consultant decisions” happening behind the scenes.
My business is very small/new - is consulting really worth it for me?
Absolutely. Even the smallest businesses can benefit from outside expertise. When you’re deeply involved in your business, it’s easy to miss certain problems or opportunities. A consultant provides a fresh, outsider perspective and seasoned experience, often spotting ways to improve efficiency or grow that you might not see. We can also help you avoid costly mistakes, by steering you away from common pitfalls that new businesses face. Our support is scalable - it can be as brief or as in-depth as you need, so you’re not over-committing. Many of our clients are first-time founders or micro-businesses who tell us that even a short engagement saved them loads of time and money down the line. In short, we give you a shortcut to better results, acting as a guide who’s been down this road before. It’s like having a knowledgeable partner on call, which can make a huge difference when you’re trying to get a young business off the ground.
